Despite being told by one of my college English profs that he reads like a bad version of Edgar Allen Poe, I've been a fan of Stanislaw Lem since reading Solaris and tracking down both the Tarkovsy and Soderbergh film versions of that book. I wasn't aware that he'd passed away until seeing BoingBoing's post on this episode of "Benjamen Walker's Theory Of Everything."
